The End of Winter Break
I can't believe it's already been three weeks, I'm back at school.
I'm one of those people that loves home. I know a lot of my friends really understand where I'm coming from and I'm sure some of you find me lame haha. An almost 21 year old girl who loves home? Yes that would be me.
While I do like school and live in a really nice dorm, there is something so nice about being at home.
There is a peacefulness that just comes with relaxing at home.
An added bonus is the fact that I get along with my parents really well. I'm the youngest child so I'm the only one who still stays at home when they have time off and what not. In a way I get the best of both worlds because my older brothers visit but I get to stay. I get to wake up at home and make coffee and plan my lazy day with my mom and friends.
Sadly, I'm back at school. Really it's just strange to think that the three week vacation and down time is already over? Where did it go? Can I get it back? This is pretty ridiculous that I already had to drag back my bags of clothes and crap and get settled again at school. I'm so confused.
I'm lucky enough to be blessed with a good education and a wonderful family to escape to.
I can't say I accomplished everything on my fun "To Do List" for the break, but I put a solid dent in it. More than anything it was a nice break from studying for finals.
So here I am at the beginning of my second semester as a junior...Talk about not knowing where the time has gone.
Hopefully this semesters classes will keep me entertained but not overwhelmed.
I'm sure in not too long I'll be blogging about how excited I am that summer is here and that I have one year left.
Gahh Crazy. I'm not even going to think about that yet.
For now, I'm back at school and getting resettled.
