I recently blogged about Ted Williams. The homeless man with an amazing radio voice who had apparently sobered up and found God. Sadly, I just turned on the TV and Dr.Phil was on with members of Teds family. Allegedly Ted isn't sober and hasn't been telling the truth. Who knows what is really going on? I guess it is sad all around that something that has been a really incredible story to many Americans could turn out to be a lie. Two sides to every story eh?

Although the shooting in Tucson Arizona is an extremely tragic thing that in no way should have ever happened OR should ever happen again, there is still hope. Congress woman Gabrielle Gillford opened her eyes days after surgeons worked to save her. She was said to have been shot point blank in the head. For her, for now, there is hope. Hope exists even in some of the most desperate situations. And although it doesn't make sense when things like this happen to innocent people, sometimes there is a story of inspiration that comes from it. Like an American Congress Woman and her potential to survive and recover. Millions of peoples thoughts & prayers have gone to those who lost a loved one and those who are recovering. It's a terrible thing but maybe, just maybe, some good things are in the making for the victims.
