This has gotta be the Good Life.
I can't believe I'll be out of the country in just a few days.
I'll be gone for 2 whole weeks. I guess I haven't fully grasped how incredible it's going to be. I'm sure I'll be positively overwhelmed with new people, places, and customs. I can't wait though. It's one of those things you anticipate being something that you'll never forget. One of those stories you can tuck away and one day say "When I was in school I went abroad...." and so forth. Pretty awesome eh? I want to try my hardest to soak it all in the sights, the smells, the taste, everything. I want to have it all captured and absorbed.
This last weekend was Boat Formal for a fraternity and that was, put most simply, rad. I had a great time with some of the best people I know. I really enjoyed every moment, even feeling as though we were in the middle of a tornado was hilarious. My date Bobby and I just stood at the window as lightening and wind went wild outside. Only the window separated us from the madness and we finally decided that wasn't such a good idea.
You can tell by some of the pictures that we were genuinely too busy laughing hysterically to have a "picture perfect" smile.
